Trammell Crow, one of the world’s largest commercial real estate firms, purchased land at the gateway of Morgan Hill to build a massive 1.1 million square foot distribution center next to homes, DePaul Health Center, Westmont Senior Living Community and just steps away from Live Oak High School. This project, filed in early 2019 with the city as the Morgan Hill Technology Park, appeared deceptive at the onset given the site design: 192 loading docks, 300 parking spaces for big rig trucks, and relatively few spaces for standard vehicles, not what you'd expect for a tech campus here in the valley. What's going on with this project?
